review prior to your participation.

As we make adjustments they will be posted here. EVERYONE attending must have a valid ID that matches the signature provided on the day of the event.
This version of the agreement has been provided on 12/27/2023 V1.0. Please have your council review before attending and signing.

IMAGE RELEASE AGREEMENT

I, [Participant’s Full Name], hereby grant permission to Road To Halftime (“the Organization”) to use my photograph, likeness, and/or image for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event mentioned above.
I understand and agree to the following terms:

Use of Images: The Organization is granted the right to use my photograph, likeness, and/or image in any promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media, website, print materials, and other media.

No Videotaping: I acknowledge that no videotaping is allowed during the event, and I agree to abide by this policy.

No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my photograph, likeness, and/or image.

Release: I release the Organization, its agents, representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of my photograph, likeness, and/or image.

Full Legal Capacity: I represent that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. If the participant is a minor, the undersigned parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this release.

The use of your music for the pilot only – Sync Licensing Agreement
SYNC LICENSING AGREEMENT
This Sync Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

(“Licensee”)
**1. Grant of License:**
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive synchronization license to use the musical work described below (the “Composition”) in the creation of the TV pilot identified as [Title of TV Pilot] (the “Production”).
**2. Composition:**

**3. Usage Rights:**
Licensee is granted the right to synchronize the Composition with visual content in the Production for the following purposes: [Specify how the music will be used, e.g., background music, opening/closing credits]. This license is limited to the specific Production and does not grant rights for any other use without prior written agreement.
**4. Compensation:**
In consideration for the rights granted herein, Licensee agrees to pay Licensor a one-time licensing fee of $50 within 30 days of the final selection of your music for the pilot and limited theatrical release. Payable only if you music is added to the pilot.
**5. Duration of License:**
This license is effective as of the date of execution and shall remain in effect for the duration of the Production. Any additional use beyond the scope of this Agreement requires a separate agreement.
**6. Ownership:**
Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Composition, including all copyrights. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Composition to Licensee.
**7. Credit and Attribution:**
Licensee agrees to provide proper credit to Licensor in the Production as follows: End credits “Music by [Your Name]”]. Licensee shall use its best efforts to ensure that such credit is clear and prominently displayed.
**8. Termination:**
Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination shall be effective upon written notice to the breaching party.
**9. Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [FL/USA].
**10. Miscellaneous:**
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
